If you’ve arrived at this site, it’s likely that you have been experiencing discomfort and/or considering any of a number of life options. In my many years of clinical practice, I have found that at the core of that search is the desire to better understand, the hope to be heard and to feel connected, and wanting to develop skills of managing day-to-day life on a more even keel. A way of seeing therapy is that it allows for a dialogue so that these hopes and goals can be achieved.
