During times of significant challenge we all seek being heard and feeling connected, especially when anxiety, loss or uncertainty are present. We want to feel that we're with someone who is able to resonate, comprehend and communicate. In thirty years of practice I have had a wide range of experience working with individuals, couples and families and with issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity and relationships. Each therapy is a unique endeavor of attunement and connection with a combined participation in the attempt to obtain relief, gain understanding and enhance life.

I hold Certificates in Individual and Couple/ Family Psychotherapy . I am co-founder, co-director and faculty member of the Metropolitan Center for Object Relations - NJ, a training program for couple/ family therapists, and have taught couple/family psychotherapy for CPPNJ, The Center for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, New Jersey (formerly CCAPS).

Trained at the Stress Reduction Clinic, U. Mass. Medical Center which pioneered Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I provide a program - Watch, Wait, Wonder - a child led approach which enhances maternal sensitivity and responsiveness, the child's sense of self and self efficacy, emotion regulation, and the child-parent attachment relationship.
